From 1987 to 2010, we witnessed remarkable milestones that shaped our legacy. Our 22/20 gold articles, manufactured and sold since 1984, laid the foundation for our expertise. In 1992, we pioneered the trend of 23/23 gold ornaments, setting a benchmark in the jewelry industry. By the year 2000, we became the first in the country to obtain hallmark certification for 23K gold ornaments, earning a reputation as trusted manufacturers and dealers of fine jewelry.
Breaking New Ground in Diamond Jewelry
A significant breakthrough came in 1995 when we introduced IGI-certified diamond jewelry, offering an exclusive collection of F-G color and VS clarity diamonds at competitive prices. Despite the challenges of educating customers about the unparalleled quality of 23K gold and diamond jewelry, we persevered, gaining exemplary success in Ajmer’s evolving market.
The Second Generation Takes the Lead
The expertise of Shri Sundeep Sharma and Shri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, sons of our founder, Shri Rameshwar Lal Ji Sharma, has been instrumental in our continued growth. With their vision, RR Jewellers expanded its horizons, embracing modern trends while staying true to its heritage.

In 1997, we were officially recognized by the government as valuers of gold ornaments—an endorsement that proved invaluable during the Voluntary Disclosure Scheme initiated by the central government. Adapting to industry shifts, in 2010, we transitioned to 22K hallmarked gold jewelry, offering a more durable and cost-effective alternative to 23K, easing the financial burden on our valued customers.
